TYPES OF ELEVATORS

  • HUMAN ELEVATORS
They are elevators that aim to transport people. They are designed by prioritizing comfort and ease of use as much as their capacities. People Elevators are generally used in residences and fall into the category of 1st class elevators. Elevator groups other than this (workplaces, hotels, etc.) are called 2nd class. Other types are CLASS 3 elevators, which are especially designed for the transportation of patients in hospital beds with medical aid devices, meeting the needs of dispensaries (1600 and 2000 kg rated loads) and hospitals (2000 and 2600 kg rated loads), and CLASS 2 elevators selected from the dimensions in between. CLASS 1 ELEVATORS Small cabins with a rated load of 320 and 400 kg are used only for transporting people. Medium size cabins with a rated load of 630 kg can be used for the transportation of normal wheelchairs and prams for people with disabilities, in addition to carrying people. Large cabins with a rated load of 1000 kg can be used for the transport of stretchers, coffins and furniture with detachable handles, as well as the loads that medium-sized cabins can carry. CLASS 2 ELEVATORS Elevators that can carry Class 1 and Class 3 features together and can also be used in non-residential places and health facilities according to their rated load. CLASS 3 ELEVATORS Elevators specially designed to transport patients. The cabins of 1600 kg and 2000 kg rated load elevators meet the needs of most dispensaries and patients. The cabins of elevators with a rated load of 2500 kg are especially suitable for transporting patients in hospital beds with medical aid devices.
  • HYDRAULIC ELEVATORS
Lifting work is carried out by means of an electrically driven pump that delivers hydraulic fluid to a lifter that directly or indirectly affects the cabin. In these elevators, the downward movement is realized by the own weight of the cabin. In hydraulic elevators, the engine room is generally located at the first stop level. Here, there is an oil boiler and hydraulic machine (assembly), control panel and hoses through which the hydraulic fluid passes. In the elevator shaft; cabin, counterweight cylinder-piston system, suspension assembly and buffers, if any. Hydraulic elevators work on the principle that the pistons lift the cabin by pushing the oil from the pump driven by electricity. The pumped oil passes through the hydraulic machine, fulfilling certain conditions, and activates the cylinder through the pipes. The cylinder can be directly or indirectly connected to the cabinet. The cabin pushed by the cylinder is moved to the required floor with the received control. Hydraulic elevators are generally used in residences, villas and houses, in buildings undergoing renovation, in cases where it is not desired to add additional load to the building's statics (for example, renovation of old works), factories, shopping malls. and it must undergo the necessary maintenance annually. Hydraulic elevators are used in buildings with 7 or less floors and not very heavy traffic. We have set ourselves the goal of fulfilling the legally determined conditions for the disabled in private places as well. Our elevators are suitable for all kinds of structural positions and are expertly assembled by us. Safety and user satisfaction are guaranteed by us. We wish you an increase in your quality of life. With the BLM lifting platform, people with disabilities and wheelchairs can safely cross 100 cm height differences.
  • MACHINE FLATS LIFT
In elevators without machine room, the machine is mounted at the top of the shaft. The carcass system used is a saddle carcass (L carcass) as it is used in hydraulic 2:1 single piston systems in 1:1 applications, and it is easy and simple to assemble as in hydraulic elevators. In addition, the driving comfort of the gearless machine is also provided. Since the maximum speed that the elevator can reach is 1.6m/s, it is one of the most suitable solutions for high travel distances and intensively working elevators. Today, municipalities that issue elevator licenses may require machine roomless elevators in their areas of responsibility. It also creates a suitable solution for airports, passenger terminals, multi-storey stores or shopping centers, educational institutions and health institutions. It is especially preferred for high-rise buildings with heavy passenger traffic and those seeking comfort. It is a solution method in buildings that do not have an area in accordance with the standards for the creation of a machine room. Although the initial installation cost is a little higher than the elevators with a machine room, its longevity is advantageous Besides being quiet and comfortable, it is safer.
  • LOAD - STRETCHER - VEHICLE ELEVATORS
They are designed for the purpose of transporting loads accompanied by individuals. Freight elevators according to their carrying capacity; It has capacities over 630 Kg, 1000 Kg, 1600 Kg, 2000 Kg and 2000 Kg. Patient elevators used in healthcare facilities are designed to carry STRETCHERS. Carrying capacities of patient elevators are 1600 Kg, 2000 Kg, 2500 Kg or an alternative solution can be suggested as 900 Kg in old buildings (in accordance with the existing shaft dimensions). The cabin interior design and cabin lightings are carefully selected to relieve the patient's psychology. Car floor levels are adjusted perfectly so that patients using the elevator do not experience problems in the entrance and exit of the cabin with stretchers and wheelchairs.

Our elevators are suitable for all kinds of disabled-lift locations and are expertly installed by us. Safety and user satisfaction are guaranteed by us. We wish you an increase in your quality of life. With the BLM lifting platform, people with disabilities and wheelchairs can pass 100 cm height differences in a reliable way. Handicapped elevator systems operate hydraulically or screwed with 1/1 direct suspension or 1/2 indirect suspension system. All dimensions and requirements are designed to meet the standards, it has a long-lasting and aesthetic structure. The elevators that can be designed without a shaft have a compact design. Indoor or outdoor designs can be made according to the suitable area for installation. The shaft requirement for some model disabled elevators is 11 cm. In this situation, the transition to the elevator car is provided by installing an 11 cm ramp by installing on a flat floor where no shaft can be created.
